“J'aime beaucoup vos vidéos qui m'ont appris certaines choses. En revanche concernant le magasin : ce n'est rien de spécial. On ne sent pas d'attention particulière envers le client. Pas de réponse à mon petit mot lors de la commande, on reçoit ce qu'on a commandé, pas moins mais pas plus, pas de petite attention qui nous rapelle que nous sommes humains. Pour moi il vous manque le petit plus qui fait toute la différence. Au niveau relation client vous êtes loin derrière les shops français, malheureusement. Je continuerais a commander ce que je ne trouve pas ailleurs, en espérant vous voir progresser sur ce point. Autre point : le descriptif concernant les Aquacare cor50 est très incomplet. Mon réacteur ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai du aller sur le site du fabricant pour trouver ces donnés : 400l/h max sans bypass et 1600l/h max avec bypass. Cette information DOIT figurer sur votre fiche. J'ai du adapter ma filtration et j'ai perdu du temps, ce qui aurait pu être évité avec une description précise du produit. Dommage.”
