“I placed an order for 10 plants in vitro that were supposedly in stock. Not only did it take weeks before my package arrived, half of the plants were dead/dying on arrival. I do not think I will order plants from Green Aqua again even tho their quality is normally good.”

Dear Nils, We're sorry to hear about the bad experience with your order. I quickly tried to find more information about why it took longer than usual, but probably the plant you selected was unavailable with our partners around this time. However, I do not see any email from you on the plant quality after the arrival. Did you try to contact our customer support before on these damaged plants? If not, please do so. We will need photos of these damaged ones. Hard to say anything without seeing the photo, but they might be frozen on the way to you. Please reach out to our support, and the team will help you.
