Növényeinket minden héten frissen szerezzük be különböző kertészetektől és nagy gondot fordítunk arra, hogy megfelelő minőségben érkezzenek meg vásárlóinkhoz. Igyekezetünk ellenére előfordulhat, hogy a növények sérülnek a szállítás alatt, így kérjük, hogy ha bármikor úgy érzi, hogy nem megfelelő a kapott termék minősége, akkor a csomag átvétele után keressen meg minket elérhetőségeink valamelyikén, hogy segíteni tudjunk. “Abbiamo fatto un consistente ordine di piante per acquario. Eravamo consapevoli che arrivando da lontano ci sarebbero potuti essere dei disguidi dovuti al trasporto e tempistiche di consegna, inoltre visto che sul sito non era specificata la dimensione delle piante c'era possibilità che non fossero secondo le aspettative. Tuttavia, entusiasti dalla considerevole varietà di piante e dai prezzi concorrenziali, abbiamo deciso di provare ad acquistare. In effetti molte piante ci sono arrivate in dimensioni molto ridotte, come la Criptocorina parva che aveva appena 3 piantine minuscole per vasetto, la Marsillea che era quasi senza radici perché troppo giovane, la Vallisneria spiralis molto sofferente, la Bacopa caroliniana molto piccola, e anche alcune altre che erano molto piccole, il che ci è dispiaciuto visto il prezzo pagato. Essendo molto piccole è la ragione,secondo noi, per cui hanno risentito molto delle tempistiche di trasporto e anche del fatto che non sono sopravvissute al trapianto . Altre invece erano di dimensioni buone e sono sopravvissute ma si parla di un terzo del totale delle quasii 30 piante. Nel complesso per noi purtroppo come esperienza non è stata molto positiva.”

Plants have a long window of growth in which they can be sold, which means sometimes you receive smaller, sometimes bigger amounts in one pot. The number of individual plants is always the same, the difference is in their growth stage. Both we and our partner nurseries continuously monitor the development of the plants, and only those that meet our quality standards are sold. In-vitro plants often do not have a developed root system, as they are grown in gel rather than soil. They begin to develop their roots after planting. Should the plants be damaged during transportation - be it due to cold or hot temperatures - or if you believe they were already in poor condition upon delivery, please send us photos of the damaged plants.
