“I had an orange light come on my dash called green flag said they would have somebody from there team. To call me. He called and said because the car is driving he won’t be coming to me.very disappointed going back to AA”

“Green Flag are normally reliable and good. I was left however 2 and a half hours waiting for a home start but in their defence they did keep me updated and rang me to apologise and tell me what the delay was , RAC in my experience dreadful they left me 5 hrs and then didn’t turn up . Don’t like the threatening over the 28 days being called again though don’t think that helps the company at all my advice. Their app I think it was on one occasion normally they are with you within the hour.”

“I've been a customer of greenflag for a number of years and when I needed them only once they were there promptly and i couldn't have had better service.
I have just cancelled my renewal, but still taken out a greenflag policy for this coming year, online.
However, the customer service agent was rather short with me when I said wish to cancel my renewal, but take out another that I'd seen online.
Instead of explaining, he cancelled it immediately, and then said I'd have to go online.
Who knows? If he'd explained I may have spoke about the renewal price with him, but he didn't give me a chance. Very curt response from him!”
