The cards are always great quality and out of the dozens I have ordered, there has never been a single one that was not exactly as I ordered it. I love how they can be personalized. They are inexpensive, especially if ordered in small batches! They usually arrive within a few days.

There was a delay in shipping but received email stating it would be delivered today or tomorrow. It arrived today and has exceeded my expectations!

What a GREAT little(?) company - my first order, which was time sensitive, was shipped to me in Columbia CA from Danville CA ( (100% CA transaction) but USPS diverted the envelope to Washington state for some reason. When I realized what had happened, I contacted GreetingCardUniverse and had very productive conversations with customer service; they mailed a fee-free replacement card to me yesterday and it arrived today! Bottom line, I need the card for a celebration tomorrow…and GreetingCardUniverse.com saved the day. The absolute best kind of company to do business with!!

Thanks for handling my problem so quickly! I had a mistake in translation of English into Italian on my card, and your customer service agent kindly offered to reprint the card. I enjoy having my cards personalized by your company, and so appreciate the great customer service!

Love the great variety of cards available for each and every occasion, the ability to personalize at no additional cost, the discount with multiple cards, and most of all the reasonable cost compared to the cost of greeting cards in stores these days. The excellent service is wonderful as well. Somehow I had lost the cards I had spent hours on selecting and putting in my cart and customer service was able to find my lost order so I didn't have to start from scratch. I highly recommend Greeting Card Universe.

Excellent cards and able to personalize them. Everyone loves them, and I find they are approximately the same amount as cards in the drug store. (Any mistakes made are purely my own, and not their’s.)

I have enjoyed everything about Greeting Card Universe! When the cards arrive they are exactly as I expected and my family absolutely loves getting them! When I spoke to a customer service rep, she was awesome! I will be a "forever" customer!

GCU goes beyond helping their customers. I inadvertently changed the print on a card to where I couldn’t even read it. I texted GCU and they remade the card for me with regular letters that I could read. I appreciated their Customer Service and will keep ordering my Special Cards from Greeting Card Universe.

I discovered this company like 5 years ago, the cards are so pretty and I keep sending the tooth fairy ones for my 2 granddaughters and they like them a lot.

There was a glitch when I ordered, as only a partial screen came across, instead of a full view of the invoice. When the confirmation email arrived, it said quantity of 2.
