“Greeting Card Universe has been a huge blessing to me. Their cards are beautiful and allow me to add my thoughts. Being able to pick the font and select the print color make choosing the right card that convey my feelings very easy and convenient. The customer service is also great!”

“I learned my lesson. Been a customer of theirs for the last 2-3 years. DO NOT ORDER BULK CARDS. I read all the reviews and most problems were with bulk orders - SAME AS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Ordered 9 cards. 2 arrived. 7 didn't. KC was very helpful but I think it's their company's tracking system, not their support group that is the problem.”

“Taylor went above and beyond to help me out! Although Taylor is a relatively new employee of GCU, she is proficient, caring and dedicated to her job as a customer service representative! You couldn't find a better CSR vendor anywhere! BTW GCU's cards are fantastic!”

“I had a bit of a problem cancelling one order, then made another order for less of what I ordered in the first place. Sound complicated? Not for Greeting Card Universe. Problem was sliced, very nicely I might add, within 5 minutes. VERY nice company to do business with....and, very convenient. Thanks so much!”

“I've used Greeting Card Universe for years and never disappointed. When you need that extra special personalized card they can't be beat. Customer support is superior too! I recently did not receive my card though it said delivered. They sent quickly another one out. Great company”

“I thought that the cards were terrific as was the price and service. I ordered online from Scotland and was amazed to receive the three cards the very next day. They were packaged so well and were exactly as shown on my laptop. I chose 'glossy' for each of the cards and requested a 'simple' back page as the cards were for a child's baptism and I didn't want a large advertising slogan all over them. So very, very impressed with the site and my parents, daughter and I loved the cards.”
