“I can only say what a wonderful company they are .I made a mistake on the card I had ordered. They are kindly sending a replacement which I wasn't expecting . I shall definitely use them again.”

“Excellent service! One of the cards I received had incorrect names printed on it. I notified them with an email and heard back right away. Cards arrive quite quickly and the selection was good. The quality of paper used was okay, but good for the price. I definately will be using them again.”

“Greeting Card Universe is the ONLY greeting card company I will ever use! Their cards are spectacular. Everyone who receives one from me contacts me to say how touched they were by the card. It can be humorous, sentimental, loving, caring, birthday, special day, or for no reason at all -- Greeting Card Universe has a card for it! And, you can personalize the cards, free of charge! Incredible! They are excellent to work with. Whether there is a mistake in the card or if the card is lost in the mail, they make it right for the customer. If I send a card, it's from Greeting Card Universe, or I don't send one at all! :)”

“I made a mistake on my order, so I emailed Greeting Card Universe and they responded very quickly. In fact, I realized that I had made more than 1 mistake, so I had to email them again. Again they responded right away. They were able to help me with my error. I would definitely order from them from now on.”

“The customer service dept answered my email promptly relieving my concern Re my order!! And my order was being mailed out promptly today!! I’ve ordered cards from Greeting cards Universe many times a year and I’ve always been extremely pleased with their service and the awesome quality of their cards! The recipients of the cards I’ve sent or given have raved about how very awesome the cards are!!! Everyone lives receiving these cards!!! The Best Cards Ever & I love being able to sit I.
