“This is BY FAR THE BEST company I have ever ordered from. I've used them on 3 or 4 different occasions and the have been so great in shipping, quality, and all around good people. I have made a mistake on the date for one of the cards and I emailed them, the fixed it for me with no problem. This last time, I accidentally ordered the wrong card and when I received it, they resent me one like I meant to ordered. I could not have had a better experience!! A+++++++”

“So glad I found this card company many years ago. Their customer service is impeccable. “I have been ordering cards from Greeting Card Universe since September 2020 because of the quality of their cards and their customer service. Two or three times I placed an order and forgot to enter the promo code. When I emailed them to see if I could get credit, they had already issued me the credit. So I will continue using this company because of the quality of their cards and their customer service.”

“I ordered ten cards, (two were doubles) which I wanted to cancel. The problem with my order was that Your payment processing was not accepting my payment from my debit card. I made two calls to your customer service department, and they promised me they would call me to take care of the problem. I have heard nothing at all from them. I will probably never order any more cards from you for their failure to follow throw on my problem.”
