“To be honest, I always have trouble finding the right card. And, in that regard, I do not feel like the search terms are dead on. But I always say to myself--"of course they are not going to make it too easy--they want you to see the whole menu of options." I do think the ordering process is very easy and, a shout out to Taylor, he was very responsive to an e-mail inquiry and helped me capture the correct promo code. I have used you for the last couple of years for X-Mas cards to business contacts. Everybody appreciates what you produce for me--not convinced they really like hearing from me though. Hope all is well. Again, thanks to all. Dan Begian”
