“This was a sad time for our family, but seeing how beautiful the Thank you cards came out me us feel some kind of way on the inside as well as those that received them. Thank you for bring a smile to our hearts. I would upload a photo but we did not have any of the cards remaining.”

“Except for the delayed shipping I was very happy with my purchase. The Christmas card was very nice and being able to type my message into the card was a real plus. I will definitely use them again and would recommend Greeting Card Universe to family and friends. JC”

“Paid extra for priority shipping which was supposed to take 2 -4 business days. It is now 7 business days and no sign of my order. Called customer service and was told it could take another 5 business days (2 weeks total!). All blamed on USPS which I use all the time and experience excellent service and fast deliveries. It's not he first time I've had this problem with your company. Something fishy! Customers being overcharged for shipping and getting woefully inferior service.”

“You understood my major disappointment and responded so quickly and even offered me a refund...I thank you for that, but won’t be able to use some of the cards in the time I planned. But, I thank you for your understanding and I realize now that USPS is the reason for the delay. Your service and product has always been great. I wonder if I’ll ever receive them”
