“I am a first time customer and ordered 1 card for my Grandson’s First Christmas on November 27. I can’t review the card because I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT and today is December 13th! The tracking is useless because it hasn’t been updated since December 5th! Very, very disappointing!”

“I had previously written a negative review because of poor communication and extreme delay in delivery by USPS. Perhaps in the Christmas season, USPS should not be the means of delivery. I did complain to Greeting Card Universe and they have reordered my cards and are in the process of getting these to me. If my 2020 Covid Christmas cards arrive in time to mail, all is forgiven! I have always been satisfied with product and delivery but this time I was disappointed by delivery. Greeting Card Universe is promising to make it good!”

“No fault of GCU. I ordered ten cards and they were shipped on Nov. 30th. It took the USPS until December 9th to deliver them. GCU customer service was terrific. They offered to send replacement cards or a refund right away.”

“I couldn't recommend this company more. What a wonderful company! The cards are beautiful with appropriate, lovely sayings on them. Their Customer Service is top notch. “I had been looking for some quality Christmas cards, online, for several days when I discovered GCU's website. It didn't disappoint. The selection for so many imaginable occasions is so large. It's a good thing to use their search filters. I wish I would've known about them last year. Their cards are truly beautiful, the sentiments are thoughtful, and prices are quite economical, too. Their customer service was top notch to deal with as well in providing me with a prompt first-purchase discount after I had submitted. Amazingly good company - check it out.”
