“Having been Greeting Card Customer 10 years- when needed specific card -never disappointed! Recently purchased card and after placing order realized I made an error-I contacted Customer Service & immediately received response that error would be corrected. KUDOS to Greeting Card Universe not only for great selection but having a "Customer Service Staff" who definitely puts "Customer" first! Especially would like to thank KC who immediately responded & addressed my mistake!”

“I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT I HAD MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER UNTIL I HAD HIT THE "SEND" BUTTON. I QUICKLY PHONED THE COMPANY AT THEIR CONTACT NUMBER. SHORTLY AFTER, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED JUST LIKE THAT! I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! QUALITY CARDS AND SERVICE!”

“I just made an error in ordering. Somehow I ordered one card twice. Contacted GCU late yesterday 11/28/20 and today, Sunday 11/29/20 I received a reply stating my duplicate would be cancelled and my account credited. Not being very computer literate, I was concerned, but the matter was corrected promptly. I have made order mistakes in the pasts and GCU has resolved my problems efficiently and their responses are always polite and helpful. I love the prices and quality of the cards. And I enjoy having the opportunity to personalize them. My card recipients are always pleased to receive one of them. I plan to continue ordering cards from GCU. Thank you for your excellent cards and service.”
