You understood my major disappointment and responded so quickly and even offered me a refund...I thank you for that, but won’t be able to use some of the cards in the time I planned. But, I thank you for your understanding and I realize now that USPS is the reason for the delay. Your service and product has always been great. I wonder if I’ll ever receive them

I have had the best service with Greeting Card Universe. I love their cards. When I order, all is perfect. Feel bad about the USPS set back. Hoping all will be back to normal soon. Thank you for your great customer service and understanding.

I have purchased cards from Greeting Card Universe for at least 5 or more years. There are awesome. They stand by every order they receive. Not through any fault on there end but my cards were not delivered yet by the USPS. They are still in transit and even though it was not Greeting Card Universe's fault they are still issuing me a refund. Will continue to get any card I want with them. A+ in my eyes.

Unhappy that my order for two Christmas cards is not arriving until December 29th, too late for this year. In light of that fact, a refund is in order, or at the very least a partial one.

I ordered 20+ cards that were shipped on the 10th of December - Two were birth cards for relatives due after the 15th! It is now 12 days and all the tracking information shows is "in transit" for the last 3 days! I know it's now the companies fault completely; but right now I think they need to find an alternate way of mailing the orders as the postal office is very unreliable! All previous orders this year were received in a timely manner and I love the cards - better than I have found in any card store or the Dollar stores. They have a huge variety and more categories than you could imagine.

The cards are beautifully designed with inside messages that have thought and meaning. Customer service is exceptional. A person answers the phone. Resolution of a concern is fast. I definitely recomnend this website.

Ordered 2 supposedly in stock themed specific Christmas cards on December 9th and it is now 14 days since that order and no cards. I have sent several hundred stock cards to friends and family all over the US (after Dec 9) and they received theirs in spite of Covid delays in 3 to 4 days. For a company as large as this one that has a promise of next day shipping, they sure have failed in their efforts to take care of their customers or at least this customer.

Cards never came and they did give a refund. Nice staff too bad they didn't come ill definitely think of this company next year.

I have been a customer for a couple years and have purchased about 60 cards. I think they have a great selection of cards to begin with but they also make them customizable. Being able to add your own personal touch make these cards very attractive. All of this at a very reasonable cost. I recently had an order that was lost, (along with orders from other merchants), that Greeting Card Universe has graciously offered to replace. Thank you.

I’m a first time customer and I ordered 10 Christmas cards on December 8. I received an email from you saying that they were mailed on December 9,and I still haven’t received them. So disappointed 😔

Yes, I did receive my Christmas Cards that I ordered. Price was very reasonable and I am impressed with the quality of these cards. Thank You for getting them to me in a somewhat prompt time, considering the backlog on shipping right now! Thanks

I only discovered this company this week and I’ve used them three times! What an amazing selection of cards! Also, when I made a silly mistake I contacted Customer Service by email and they were extremely helpful.
