“Helpful staff over the counter (Leicester). Website chat tool is usefull to get details about parts. Some part descriptions do not include brand.”

“The website is easy to navigate, and finding the parts was easy. My only complaint is click and collect, they don't like you not collecting quickly.”

“Click and collect very handy as the parts are always in stock, I just wonder if they are overpriced midweek so the sale every weekend makes it standard prices.”

“Had the correct part in stock locally and was able to go and collect 1 hour from ordering. Very helpful staff and the added bonus of the money off online voucher. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts for their motor.”

“Ordered battery online twice as it was easy to skip by the entering of the Discount code. Picked up and paid for battery, no problems. Received email reminder to pick up battery with no discount a few days later. No real problem for me, but if they were short of stock on this item could potentially cause GSF a lost sale. Friendly staff. Would buy from here again.”

“Rec'd emails stating special offer was on attended store. Was told that it was Internet only. Staff member kindly helped me order "online" even though I was stood in the store. If he did not do this I think I would have left. Well done that staff member. On a side note it was annoying to get emails stating there was a sale over the weekend. I couldn't make the Saturday but noticed I had the same email sent to me on a sunday as well. Great stuff I thought.....I attended the store and then saw you were not even open on Sunday. Felt a bit mislead by your automatic email shot. Still as I said before your face to face staff were great.”

“Had a problem with a broken part and one part was not the same but called the branch and was offered 2 upgraded parts for no extra cost so all in all a good deal”
