“Everything was very straight forward in the ordering of the parts,when fitting all parts were correct, however the nut for one track rod end was missing out of the box, clearly been opened as no packaging inside. Luckily one of the old nuts was ok so had to fit it as no transport to get it sorted out.”

“I would have selected 5 stars if there was the ability to pay over the phone for items being collected from store. Or does this just relate to your Horsham store? Otherwise a good price for the product ordered.”

“Ordered parts online very easily then had an email the next day to say parts ready to pick up so went to get parts with no probs and very friendly staff. But did have slight problem with parts being wrong so went down to store told them the problem and was quickly dealt with and issued correct parts. Overall very happy even though had one small issue will definitely return.”

“Although the part I ordered didn't turn up (presumably the fault of the carrier), I got a very prompt apologetic reply, a replacement was sent, and it arrived the next day, so very good customer service.”

“I have used GSF for the best part of 35 years, they still offer the best value for money for car spares. If only they would drop the 35,45,50 & 65% off policy and just offer the parts at a normal price instead of the artificially inflated retail price that they then so 'generously' discount. What is annoying, if you need something whilst collecting a discounted order you almost have to beg the counter staff to get the internet price. It is very annoying. Little wonder that the likes of Autodoc and Eurocarpats have adopted the same approach. I guess it must work.”
