I sometimes remember in store that I need something else. Maybe a need for a 'regular customer' or 'account' system as at other retailers.”

“A suggestion to make things better to satisfy discerning customers:- Never use "GSF Premium" as a make for parts. Keep it to one make & put the proper manufacturers name on it for customers to be properly informed. Eg. Upon checking via 'phone your Part No :120FO0260 could be either a Mann W7015 [which I wanted] OR another make depending on the stock. I declined this purchase on that basis.”

“Price, product, quality, all excellent, unfortunately later than expected delivery meant item had to be sourced elsewhere to meet time constraints resulting in item now being surplus to requirements. Still a good service though, and would recommend GSFCarParts to others, just be sure to place order in advance of quoted delivery time.”
