“Good service, fast delivery. Only downsides they dont have all parts in stock,in shops or at depo. Hate going to euro car parts but had no choice.”

“Gsf have a good selection of parts, and what they send are good quality parts, the service is good and they send you the right parts, my only complaint is their parts are so expensive you have to wait until they promote an offer giving so many % off. But I will use them again such a shame we have to wait for promotions.”

“I have written a review about GSF Totton branch before and I was less than complimentary about the service I received, which was extremely poor and dare I say rude. However, on my last visit to buy some rear springs for my car it was like I had stepped into a different place entirely. The staff were warm, welcoming and professional, a world apart from my last visit. I suppose we are all entitled to a bad day but in this business you don’t get another second chance, but I am glad that they have improved beyond recognition. Well done to GSF in Totton.”

“Value for money and communications were very good. Custermer service at shop poor, shop appeared understaffed, one guy doing everything and ignoring people waiting. Will use as named products at a good price”

“Service in the store when I went to collect the parts was brilliant, helpful and swift. As for the parts - well they look OK, clean, shiny, and no reason to believe that they are not genuine new LUK parts in LUK boxes. As for their performance, I hoping it will be some years yet before I can report how well they did. Sorry if it's not helpful to you, but reviews for car parts are a bit limited in their purpose.”

“Prompt delivery, correct parts delivered as ordered. Best price at time. Parts fitted (exhaust) with no problems. GSF could have flagged / suggested exhaust jointing paste as an add on - most likely you'll need this. Packaging a bit odd.”
