“The nitrile gloves were very good quality the best I have ever bought but the service was very poor all the staff in office ignored me and there was a chap in the stores just talking to someone he looked over at me and totally ignored me and carried on talking to this women very rude !”

“Ordering process is easy, similar to other retailers. Unfortunately your system lists incorrect parts for my car, despite using the reg numbers. When compared with other retailers, they seem to be aware of the spec differencies, so a bit of disappointment that I had to return the parts back to the shop. Secondly, although you offer a discount code when ordering online, there is no option to get a discount when ordering over the till, despite the fault being on your side due to incorrect car data in your system.”

“50% discount is great and I’ve purchased items from GSF rather than competitors. The only gripe I have is the staff serving at the shops. They are miserable apart from Laura who works at Wolverhampton, she is always very helpful and friendly. All others are miserable”
