“Parts were good value but I had to return as the picker had taken the wrong box of brake pads from the shelf - I only realised when I got home. Service was still very good though. I will be back”

“Couldn't order discounted battery online for some odd reason so went to store to buy direct, only to find that for the offer you had to buy online otherwise instore price was double! Helpful guy instore helped me order online whilst I was actually instore & got the discount. Battery handed over after a few minutes once the online order had been processed. Strange that online discounts cannot be offered instore & would have gone elsewhere (Euro Car Parts) if the instore assistant hadn't have been so helpful.”

“Bought plugs online and thought I was to pick them up (my choice) but inadvertently hit deliver! When they arrived 6 of one type 2 of another! Within 2 days I had my eight plugs👍 Always found the guys behind the counter in Newport brilliant so moral of this story check what you have ticked!”
