“My first experience with GSF: 30% discount offered online but could only manage 15% in store. Made the order anyway as I needed the parts asap. The next day the discount was 52%. I could have a saved a fortune. If I wasn't in such a rush for parts I would have cancelled the order and re-ordered with the better discount. That said though the service was first class and the delivery was very fast. Will use again but will wait for better deals online.”

“Good quality parts, top brands available in great prices especially using the email codes. I am a frequent customer for last 5 years and never gone wrong... one star less for click and collect orders which are never ready when you come inside the branch. They only have a receipt and collect items while you wait, which takes at least 10-15 minutes... in my opinion it should be changed...”

“I bought a car battery based on the site information. This turned out to be the wrong one as I found out having driven home. Drove back to get the right one. GSF could have given me the correct one for the same price, as it was their site that had made the error, but they didn't, and charged me the difference. Nice...”
