“My overall experience with GSF was very good, ordering the parts on line was very easy and at a very good price. What let my experience down was the fact that the wrong parts were dispatched and due to buying online, the returns policy meant I had to pay for the right ones at the branch and wait for my money back on the incorrect parts as they had to be sent back to Birmingham, this was something financially I could have done without. The staff at the store were very helpful with this issue.”
