“Value for money, quick to reserve a product and available to collect. However, the staff at local store were somewhat slow at attending the desk and serving myself and 2 other customers also waiting. 3 staff members walked past the desk and ignored us. I had to shout to a staff member and ask them to get someone to serve us.”
