I saved money to purchase a bag and in anticipation I met the Federal Express rep at the door. I noticed the box was a little small but thought but the FedEx courier said that was the box Gucci sent. I opened it and instead of it being a bag it was a pair of sunglasses. I contacted customer service and the called was answered by someone named Lena who is the WORST customer service rep I've encountered in years. She brushed my issue off as I purchased a $10 purse from Walmart. She asked for photos of what I received and I sent right away. She didn't received immediately and I asked her to wait as there is a long wait time when dialing in. She was very reluctant to hold. After she confirmed receipt she expressed it could take 7 days to research the claim. I asked for further explanation and expressed I wanted to hear something in a couple of days. Other than looking at the photos not sure what would take 7 days. They offered to send a return label and to get their product back but wasn't too concerned about me getting the correct order. When asked I was told they would expedite my bag once they received. That is not favor

Purchased a Gucci bracelet from the website. It broke within 15 minutes. After days of emails Gucci have told me they will REPAIR at a cost to me of £70. This item should be replaced for free. Absolute disgrace.

NO EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR TIGHTS! I have purchased a few items from Gucci, track pants, shoes, and before the end of last year I purchased a pair of black GG tights in Medium. They fit perfectly and quite roomy (I'm 5ft5). I then purchased the beige interlocking G tights in Medium because I liked the black so much. I took them out of the plastic sleeve but didn't try them on as I assumed they'd fit, after all they're the same size, right? Wrong. In comparison these were so much smaller. I tried to get an exchange but I was told they do not refund/exchange tights if they have been taken out of their plastic sleeve! No where on their website does this say that. And how can a customer know they've ordered the right size without trying them on? And how can their sizing be so inconsistent? Despite several emails and photos they are unwilling to exchange for a larger size.

I had gone to gucci to get a belt and the poeple treated me so nice , they offered water and drinks and she was so nice even if the store was full of people . Even the gard was nice he smiled and i came in and when i went out .

I purchased a Gucci neckless from emsonhaig in January 2020 I paid £350 for the item 2 weeks later the clasp literally fell apart lucky I caught it, I took it back to the shop They told me Gucci did not repair and if they did it would cost me!!! Eventually the shop said they would pay That Gucci had NO return or repair policy And a repair would be 6-8 weeks I am still waiting it is now April. They say Gucci never pays for repair I would Never but Gucci again, beware !!!

I ordered two of their new mascaras and only received one in the mail. For a prestigious brand, just send another $30 tube I already paid for. Hire people that will pack the ordered correctly. Do not hire people that steal from customers. Please, people out there: NEVER order from Gucci online.

I received a purse January 6th and shipped right back, same day, today is January 31st, I still haven’t been refunded, all I hear on daily bases is just wait one more day! Every day on 5k purse is money I’m losing. It’s extremely frustrating. It feels like Gucci is using my money for Gucci investments.

I ordered the sterling silver heart shaped ring and waited 1 month for it to arrive. On the second occasion Of wearing this ring I got my hand stuck between a table to the door to which bent the ring completely out of shape. It wasn’t a hard impact as my hand was fine, no a father no blood etc .. I called Gucci to express that I paid good money for quality and this happened so easily!! How? I was sent an email which I had to reply to with pictures. I did this and took a week till they got back to me. The only option I was given was that I paid a further £80 for a replacement?!! They were missing the point that surely If you paid for good quality this shouldn’t happen and I understand it happened by accident but should that of happened so easily? They were rude and useless

How do you mess up shipping when it's literally Being shipped a 7 hour drive away. Been a week and FedEx hasn't even received it. But no they won't change the shipping address now cos "once it has been shipped we can't change it". I can literally see it hasn't been shipped yet. Pretty bad customer service too. All they do it say they will talk to management and get back but never actually get back to you.

Better off buying anything else. 11 months ago I purchased the Women's Ace embroidered sneakers for my wife. For the price point I would expect them to last longer than a year. The last thing I’d have expected is the shoes to have deteriorated as rapidly as they have after having worn then a handful of times. The leather appears to have been poorly painted and is now wearing away, leaving the shoes with a peeling appearance. Rain has also made the ink from the side stripe run down the shoe. The Gucci name on the back of the shoe has also worn away making them look like a cheap knock off (I bought these directly from a Gucci store in person). As people that love sneakers and own a lot of sneakers we had expected something better from Gucci. These do not meet basic consumer guarantee standards and having attempted to make contact 3 different ways with not a single person coming back to me I am fed up to say the least. Next time I’ll just pop my money in a paper shredder.

I live in Sydney and I had to take back a pair of Gucci shoes I bought in Honolulu, which I was advised to do because Gucci has an international warranty programme. I would like to commend the services of Raphael at the Castlereagh Street store. He was thoroughly competent, thoughtful and extremely polite in dealing with the matter, and I can only say Thank You to Gucci for your wonderful staff, and the incredible service you offer. If I could give no stars I would - that’s how bad the online service has been! 😡😤 Ordered a pair of earrings online that showed to be in stock, received confirmation of order email, but didn’t receive the items! Turns out when I PHONED THEM, that they’d cancelled the order as they weren’t in stock after all (apparently problem with their website). I received no apology & despite me raising a complaint they’ve refused to acknowledge their error! I’ve ended up having to pay for express delivery from Selfridges (as they were a birthday gift for a friend) My advice, don’t use the online service- use a partner (such as Selfridges, whose customer service is excellent) instead!

Have brought presents for family and I must say one of the best places to buy somthing that makes anyone smile of how beautiful it is you feel very special wearing it and Gucci has always delivered on time customer service is excellent as always ring them to make sure my order is all okay one ordered

I purchased two belt and one They didn’t have in stock to they gave me what was on the display as I was in a rush at the time and also under impression that should be fine as I can’t be bothered to wait for a online purchase. The best was around £350 I think and there was a bent for other customers trying it on and I didn’t see this in the first place as they were busy and I neeed to get out of the shop soon for a dinner date time that was booked. I contacted them after 6 month and I know it’s too late but as I mentioned I wasn’t aware and I rarely used this colour with my outfit and mainly the other colour was mostly used however, the item that wasn’t even used that often so one day I realised this belt has a bent and i never used it for tight clothing and usually for jeans accessories and it’s loose but it has a bent and I knew it wasn’t me! I compared to the belt that I used mostly, the second belt didn’t have it as I mentioned wasn’t used and only for jeans accessories, so emailyyhe customer service and they advised the put it through their fault technical team and never heard anything back and they I have to go to the store, and I don’t live in London and it’s two hours drive for me to just go to the store, so I constantly was going around a circle with them! They were sending me the same robotic emails over and over again and repliying to them and they replies were the same outcome and there is nothing they can do!!!!! Unbelievable customer experience so not only lost my mo eye but also lost my time, got stressed over their stupidity! I used to work for channel and this service isn’t exceptional to Chanel customer experience no matter what if the customer comes to you, you make sure that they has been filed with joy while you deal with the issue. Hermes, LV, Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, DG, Calvin Klein is the brand you want to go with much better customer service journey that Gucci! Once they take your money they dont care! They person who was dealing with me were three different people and all robatics! Named Nardis, Gianda, Bennetta!!!
