“Very thorough and professional but frustrating to communicate with if you are a first time buyer. We had to rely heavily on friends and family because of struggles to get through to the right person. This improved towards the end.”

“I felt frustration as certain requirements were not fully explained, for example I was only informed that I needed a damp report from a registered company associated with the professional body. This caused delay as I had to cancel the planned work and search to find someone suitable. The survey is scheduled for this Monday. I also received several repeat requests for information that I had already provided.”
