I got a jumper which tore at the seam after approx three wears. Was pulling it off and it just ripped! Customer service did nothing about it, stating that it was purchased months ago. So what if it was purchased months ago. The fact is that I have only worn it approx three times. The jumper did not meet normal wear and tear lifespan of a standard jumper. Very disappointed.

I ordered twice from Gymshark. I ordered leggings. I have to say that I am happy with them. They feel comfortable while wearing them through exercising. I totally recommend Gymshark. The only problem is that it's hard to guess what size fits you.

I have purchased a few of this specific leggings - vital seamless leggings, black only...and have noticed a major troubling defect with this product. The difference between my first (when it first came out) and my current (recently purchased - December 2019). The product is not solid - material and thickness differs..the initial material used was way better/perfect for me i.e. thick all through, not easily see through, the high waist held well and tight/not revealing any love handles, felt firm and long lasting. The recent product/release of this style, to me, is the opposite - light and see through, feels fragile like it could tear if worn a couple times. No surprises there - I wore the item three times and its torn already. Not impressed at all and will most likely not buy this again or any Gymshark products. This should be rectified. I added my feedback on the Gymshark website, a week ago and guess what, its not been approved/added on their UK website which is extremely odd and looks like they approve good reviews only.

Advertise free returns but make the process very difficult so ended up paying myself to return the item. Poor service unhelpful and I will not use this company again

Absolutely shocking customer service from two team members and manager. High value parcel (£300+) falsely claimed to have been delivered by DHL and Gymshark refuse to look into the matter despite no authorisation to leave the parcel in a safe place being made (I have evidence to prove I did not receive a phone call or make any changes online) and the DHL delivery driver taking a photo of my door FIVE days after delivery as 'proof' (this has been proven as having been taken 5 days later by another parcel delivered later in the week being in the shot!). Cannot believe that Gymshark refuse to listen to these concerns and are happier that a customer does not receive their parcel than simply going back to DHL and putting my queries to them. Robotic copy & paste answers and zero 'support'.

Shopping on their site is quick and easy. Delivery is very fast, came before they even said it would. The products themselves are great, obviously on par with big brands like Adidas, Under Armour etc. Yet for less money you get the same quality.

I am extremely disappointed with Gymshark and their customer service. This is the worst experience I ever had with online shopping. The courier failed to deliver the order first time, as he came quite late and I was already out of office. Hermes promises to attempt 3 times. However, this is not the case. I have been trying to contact both Gymshark and Hermes,so they can clarify to me when the order is going to be delivered. I have been doing it for over a week now. So far nothing had been resolved. Instead I need to chase and contact Gymshark every single day, which is extremely annoying. I texted Gymshark via Messenger and every time it is a different agent, which is very uncomfortable. They mentioned that if the order is sent back to them, they will make a refund. However, I made it very clear that I do not want a refund, instead I want my order to be delivered. I have been ordering from them in the past and was absolutely happy with their service, especially as they used to have an online chat. The service they offer at the moment is terrible. If you see that the customer is disappointed and unhappy it might worth sending them a new package with a different delivery company or at least trying to solve it efficiently. It is unacceptable that the customer should chase Gym Shark for weeks. I do understand that it is a busy time of the year. However, as Gymshark positions themselves as an established brand it is highly important to make sure that their customers come first and they are doing their best to keep them happy. Moreover, as this happens every single year, it is highly important to make sure the company is ready for the busy period and employs more members of staff if needed. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and do not think I will ever purchase anything else, despite the fact that I like the quality and range of the products they have.

Their customer service is very disappointing. I spent 200$ and won’t help me in any way to either cancel the order or change my address to get it.

I gave them by accident an incomplete address (i.e. left my apartment number out). They now won't refund, nor do another shipment attempt, referring to the policies on their website. They apologize for the inconvenience. Mind boggling.

Recently there was a 50% sale on a variety of items, I was worried as the sale was a few days in and I thought the chances of me getting what I wanted in my size were slim. However there was still plenty of stock available and with a further student discount code I received another 10% off and next day delivery. Unfortunately the order did not come on the confirmed day, however I was sent an apology email and my order arrived next day at 11am (... quick)! The packaging is nice and the outfits are even better. So excited to wear my new gear at more than half the price only 3 days after coming across it!!

There was a person available to message about my queries who answered really quickly and was really polite. I was able to use a discount code and the website is really easy to use.
