“I was very impressed by the genuinely friendly and professional service from Richard, the Cambridge branch manager, when I bought a Citizen watch this week. I do appreciate that prices in the shops may vary, but he honoured the H S internet price immediately and really could not have do me a better job of instilling trust himself and in the company. It was an impressive performance and, as a previous customer, reassuring that your people are beyond expectations. Today, I popped in to request for an adjustment of the bracelet as I’d mistakenly asked for it to be too tight- my fault!- and Sam, your new assistant manager, could not have been more helpful and did it on the spot. I’d like to add that in many browsing visits your team were politely helpful without any pushiness. The negativity of some of your respondents does not match my experience, and I spent my working life dealing with customers. Many thanks, Neal”

“A visit to Sunderland H. Samuel today and was served by a lovely lady call Tracey. Very helpful and friendly I bought a new necklace for my 91year old mother as she wanted to put her locket on a new chain .Have bought jewellery here before and would definitely recommend the staff are all lovely”

“I really love our Samuels Jewellery Shop in St Austell… Always a pleasure to go into the spotlessly kept shop… Manager Michelle & her assistant Emma always greet customers with a lovely smile,service perfect & nothing is too much trouble to help me with decisions as I can be never sure on choice but always leave the shop feeling very happy…I also take any jewellery for repair & have never had reason to complain about the workmanship….. I know in life there are so many miserable people who are only happy complaining… Thank you for having two perfect staff in your St Austell branch, my husband & I wouldn’t go to any other store…”

“I recently visited the Strand St store Douglas Isle of Man and felt I must leave a review - The service from Lisa and David was second to none! They are extremely helpful friendly and professional and I was very impressed Some stores have lost customer service but Lisa and David provide a warm welcome with expertise Well done Lisa and David H Samuel are lucky to have you”

“visited the Telford town centre store 4345 last Saturday looking for a wedding band. store manager couldn't of been more helpful, great advice from him, we did look at every other jewellers in the town centre, but returned just simply for the service we had received, in fact all the staff in this shop were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, managers name is Ian Griffiths. highly recommend this shop to anyone.”

“The customer service at both Uxbridge/Hounslow branches has been of absolute perfection: impeccably flawless and immaculate to the very highest degree! All the members of staff all offer/are nothing but absolute perfection! You have gone beyond/the extra mile to ensure that standards of professional quality, etiquette, competency and serious business formality are of perfect standards! My experience has been a perfect success! The members of staff are extremely friendly, professional, proficient, knowledgable, friendly, welcoming and positive! “So helpful and friendly staff and so prossional. I purchased 9ct gold chain which I ordered to collect from Nuneaton storeI went into today to purchase plus to take a further 20% off via e.mail. absolutely brilliant who done everything they could to help and delivered so my chain was evan cheaper than originally priced. Couldn't do enough for for you and so lovely girls that I felt I mattered which is unusual with todays standards. Walked in a customer and walked out that I had made friends plus a beautiful purchase of my 9ct gold chain. Thank you so much Sarah. Vicki. And Kirsty. I will be back soon for some more shopping”

“Got a watch online from another retailer but they mixed up the measurements. I took into the Lincoln branch and they made sure I knew it would cost £20 to adjust. Went ahead and in the end they did not charge me as I had bought from them before. Service was spot on.”

“I visit the store in Prospect Centre Hull as i was in search of an eternity ring My store assistant Lorraine went above and beyond I found the perfect ring Sadly Prospect Centre didnt have my size Lorraine rang around several stores Yes she located my size in Ireland This was located on Thursday by Lorraine she assured me my ring would be in theProspect store on Tuesday of the next week After she confirmed my ring size she i left the store I have to admitt i felt unsure of her guarantee of the ring being in Hull for Tuesday Low and behold the day before Monday i recieved a call saying my ring was ready to collect I was excited so went into Hull on Monday The ring is beautiful and fits perfectly Lorraine was very friendly,helpful and proffesional I will be returning to this store if i decide i need anymore jewellery”

“Iam extremely happy with HSamuel I took a gift back that my husband had bought me for Christmas and I was not happy with wasn’t something I would wear And because of the covid19 Lockdown had been unable to go to the shop to change it hopefully we went this morning now the the shop is open and we had a warm welcome and Sadie was so helpful in showing me. things I really liked no fuss about changing the items I had taken back it was such a relief as I would never have worn got just what I wanted I was soo happy abig thankyou to Sadie for her helpxx”
