“Hi after having to get my diamond ring fixed 2 timea due to diamond falling out. When i had to go a 3rd time with the same problem. The girls were so helpful and made me feel ok about this. I had to claim of insurance. This was very good of girls as i was feelung a bit low due to being 3rd time its happened. So thanku to all the staff at h samual at firt kinnard.”

“I was served a lovely girl called Bilkis in Blackburn store . She was friendly but professional and answered my questions. Measure my finger . And I ordered the ring . She couldn't do enough for the customer . Looking forward to go into the shop again I never been before .”

“Me and my partner (now fiance) went into the Fort Kinard Branch and what a lovy experience. A lady called Jenny served us and she certainly made it a lovely experience. Gave me lots of choices and helped me choose a ring that suited me. She is a asset to your team! Keep her forever... Veronica and Euan”

“Bury St Edmunds Branch. The staff were very nice without being pushy, I was allowed to take my time to look around without being harassed, once I had chosen my earrings, a staff member came straight over, Adrian was friendly, informative and very helpful. Item purchased without a fuss, I left relaxed and happy. Good customer service.”

“I was in the Glenrothes fife store tonight and served by Lisa . Lisa even though it was near closing spent time to explain about an automatic watch I fancied . Then spoke through other options that might be more beneficial to my needs . I purchased a beautiful citizen watch and Lisa took time to explain care plan etc . No hard sell totally my choice . So even though she was needing to get on and finish end of day I appreciated the time taken to help me purchase a fantastic watch Thank you Lisa”

“I recently visited the Leicester store on Gallowtree Gate. I have,in the last couple of weeks,chosen 2 rings. I have taken them both back. They were perfectly fine, just not what i was looking for. Thanks to Demi,lovely young lady assistant,i found the perfect diamond ring. Well done H. Samuel. No fuss or drama,just great customer service.”

“I would like to commend the great customer service from Wuhal who works at the Oxford Street branch. I came to view a watch weeks earlier and he talked me through the options. I only came back for him. I bought a garmin watch for my son’s birthday so am looking forward to the response”

“I went to the Glenrothes store today but I arrived at 16:50 and was unaware they shut at 5pm. My partner and I just wanted to try wedding rings on as I knew which one I wanted. Lisa was so nice and patient with us even though they were about to close she didn’t rush us out of the store. Very friendly and top customer service.”

“I was really let down by Ernest Jones after being a loyal customer over the years and after a recommendation from a friend who had an eternity ring made I went to H Samuel’s. I had amazing service and advice from Anthea, the Store Manager at the Fareham branch regarding my eternity ring resizing and evaluation. I will definitely use their services again if I need anything in the future. Thank you Anthea.”

“Wonderful experience. My wife and I visited the Canterbury shop last Friday to buy a watch for her birthday.We were served by Moira who gave us her full attention and we benefited from her knowledge with her showing us many watches within our price range. Needless to say, my wife chose a watch of her choice. Marvellous !! Thank you very much Moira.....we shall certainly be back.”
