“AMAZING! I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but decided to give them a try anyway since most of the bad reviews were related to long distance (possibly overseas/military moves? where things may have been out of their control). Steve and his guys Sal and Tim were awesome. They showed up on time (I was 5 minutes late), they had a system and took care of my items in a way that showed they've been doing this for a long time. When I was concerned that they were taking my sectional downstairs to wrap it on the truck Steve obliged and wrapped it in the apartment no questions asked. They worked their butts off for 8 and a half hours (with 2 well deserved/surprisingly short 15 minute breaks where they sat in the truck). They put everything where I wanted them to go, set up the beds, even did some other extra stuff for me (shhh) and gave me some great advice on my washing machine and dryer set up, etc. I don't know if all the teams work like this but I would ask for Steve Gray and his team if you use this company. Sal has superhuman strength and speed and Tim keeps things moving but Steve is the mastermind behind the whole coordination of the move. I was so nervous and skeptical because I was closing on a house the same day as my move and cleaning/vacating an apartment all on the same day but they answered all of my (probably annoying) emails and chatted with me via the Handled app to appease my fears. They threw in an extra man (to reassure me and make sure everything went smoothly) because I only paid for a 2 man move. No extra surprise fees were tacked on at the end. They asked several times before leaving if there was anything else that I needed (who does that?). Not enough words to describe this awesome experience so I will stop here. Thanks again Steve, Sal, Tim and Handled for the awesome moving experience (and Spencer and Rachelle for your patience and information). Have a great rest of the year :)”
