“The supervisor was given a condensed packing list which did not include all of the items to be moved. He was unwilling to move any other items which were submitted in the inventory pictures. The other three workers were very willing to do what was necessary to move. The supervisor initially did not want to start the move. He tried to suggest that we reschedule the move. We were hoping to be moved out completely but are not. We are still moving items to our new home. I thought that when you request a moving service that everything gets moved.”
“I set a price for the move of all of my household contents with Josh. When he discovered the move was underbid, he pulled the moving crew out on the second day with about one third of my boxes and furniture remaining. He provided no assistance or options to complete the move. They walked out and abandoned a contractual obligation. I think that I handled the situation well.
