“There were a few website bugs and it wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be to upload inventory. I did appreciate that they let me just email them information about the larger items we had. The chat function was fantastic and the reps were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the actual movers and the move day. The movers were friendly, contentious, and very helpful. I have never had such a friendly group of movers. They were awesome!”
“The movers were solid and put up with a very small elevator that they had to share in the apartment we moved into with minimal complaint (Bill). Shay did an excellent job managing the move and his father was excellent the whole time as well.”
“The movers were excellent! Very professional and helpful when a few kinks were thrown into the move. Definitely would have been a five star If the communication was there following up to the move. I never once got a phone call from anyone at any time. I finally had to call 24 hours before the move myself, so I would know what to expect. I was told everything was good and to just have our TVs dismounted and washer and dryer unhooked. Well, that would have been nice to know before we had already packed up all our tools! I was also told we would get a phone call letting us know the morning of that the movers were on their way.......NOTHING! So needless to say some of my children weren’t ready when the movers showed up at the door. Luckily they were very kind and patient with us! Funny, I got a quick text the two days before about a problem with my CC. They definitely wanted to make sure it was paid. The decent thing would have been to at least text me some instructions as what to expect since he had already made contact about a different payment. So the communications depart gets a zero star and the movers get a five plus!!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience with the movers!”
“I found this company while searching online for a RELIABLE moving service. I will say that going through Handled was a very easy and stress-free process. I am a stickler for customer service and communication and both of those needs were met. I did have one situation to happen BUT my move manager Kim Dixon “HANDLED” it with class 😉. She is definitely an asset to the company and represents them WELL. My movers were on time, professional, and followed all guidelines as it pertains to our current state wearing Mask upon arrival. Overall, I would use this company again for my next move and recommend them to anyone who has the same standards.”
