The movers were excellent! Very professional and helpful when a few kinks were thrown into the move. Definitely would have been a five star If the communication was there following up to the move. I never once got a phone call from anyone at any time. I finally had to call 24 hours before the move myself, so I would know what to expect. I was told everything was good and to just have our TVs dismounted and washer and dryer unhooked. Well, that would have been nice to know before we had already packed up all our tools! I was also told we would get a phone call letting us know the morning of that the movers were on their way.......NOTHING! So needless to say some of my children weren’t ready when the movers showed up at the door. Luckily they were very kind and patient with us! Funny, I got a quick text the two days before about a problem with my CC. They definitely wanted to make sure it was paid. The decent thing would have been to at least text me some instructions as what to expect since he had already made contact about a different payment. So the communications depart gets a zero star and the movers get a five plus!!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience with the movers!
