There were a few website bugs and it wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be to upload inventory. I did appreciate that they let me just email them information about the larger items we had. The chat function was fantastic and the reps were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the actual movers and the move day. The movers were friendly, contentious, and very helpful. I have never had such a friendly group of movers. They were awesome!
