“We bought our hot tub after a visit to the Fareham store speaking to the very knowledgeable Chloe before we had even bought our house. As completion got near we spoke to Chloe again and she got us an excellent deal on the model we wanted and delivery was very flexible. The hot tub was delivered as promised to a temp spot but soon after we got it move for free to its permanent home. That was quite hard as it involves several steps but it was done with no fuss. The after care has been great we got advise from Chloe and we can now enjoy the new purchase without any worries. But we also know if we get stuck we can just visit the store or call they will do their best to help. We spent a very happy New Years Eve in the hot tub watchIng the fireworks along the coast. Amazing experience thank you Happy Hot Tub. Ps we think Chloe is amazing if you haven't already spotted that.”

“Cannot recommend this co highly enough especially Chloe! I ordered the wrong size in error and they have bent over backwards to assist me in the return and re delivery of the correct one!!”

“I've been a hot tub owner for nearly there years and I'm a great believer in value for money and great service this is why I always use happy hot tubs for my chemicals and assesories which makes me happy. The staff are very helpful and polite I would highly recommend happy hot tubs to any hot tub owner.”

“We’ve had our Hot Tub for about 7 months and love it. We bought it from Happy Hot Tubs and had excellent service. Recently we had a problem with cloudy water and I popped into the Ferring store and had a chat with Lionel Harman he gave me fab advice and following it our water is sparkling and clear once again. Thanks Lionel 👍🏼”

“This may be the longest most honest review you have ever read!...However it may well be the most honest one!..(I wish I had read this!) We purchased our Flair from 'Keith' at Happy Hot Tubs in Ferring Wyevale garden centre now Highdown garden centre in March 2017! I had always wanted a hot tub but also had fears of hygiene and maintenance/running costs. We spoke to Keith several times before our purchase and felt assured after he came for a site visit. He was able to advise on location in garden of tub and also supply contacts of suitable/reputable electricians to enable tub installation. We signed up for 'Lasting care' service plan and despite lapses in our own time keeping challenges (I.E when we are available) etc have always received excellent courtesy calls/reminders when services are due, these have always been done in a timely fashion to suit our needs! I am a fickle person! and have decided the tub needed to be sited in several different locations in my garden to suit my needs on no less than 3 occasions! Each time Happy Hot Tubs has accommodated my wishes and duly moved my Tub to each new location! (thank-you) with the added complication of it being housed under a marque!! (double thanks!) Most recently we have been introduced to 'Lionel' at the garden centre and 'Katrina' what a welcome breathe of fresh air you are! Can't thank you both enough for all your time, courtesy, knowledge and consideration! You are a credit and most welcome asset to the Happy Hot Tub team! We look forward to many more Happy Hot Tub years....Especially if I get my way and upgrade to the swim/tub!!!”

“The whole research, purchase, delivery and aftercare experience has been outstanding. We’ve only had our tub for a few weeks and have already thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the social aspect of bringing our family of five together on a regular basis. While the tub itself feels high standard, it’s the customer service that really sets Happyhottubs apart ... from practical advice on how to integrate the tub into a new decking, to advice on chemicals and how to optimise them, they successfully help clients make the most of their investment.”

“we are very happy with happy hot tubs we had are hot tub delivered on Monday the men were very help full taking are old tub away and delivering are Jetsetter they made shore we were happy with it all before they left. They explain all the chemicals we had a starter pack 10 out of 10 from me.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with our hot tub and the amazing people at Happy Hot Tubs especially Tansy Speed from Hillier John Browns Garden Centre, Three Legged Cross. From our first viewing we were impressed with Tansy’s knowledge about your range of tubs. She guided us with what we were looking for and explained everything so clearly, staying in touch regularly and asking if we had any questions along the way. We actually discovered the hot tub wasn’t as expensive as we first imagined and payment plans were an option if you wanted. The delivery was made to look so easy with a confident lift over a neighbours fence. Set up was done so speedily and the tub explained to us in detail about use and looking after it for the future. I felt I could ask anytime for this to be repeated or ring if I had any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub to come directly to Tansy. Thank you”
