“Mark was incredibly helpful when we went to the store and showed us a number of possible hot tubs within our price range and specification, we were so impressed with his expert knowledge we ordered one straight away and it arrived within the timescales discussed. The installation was very smooth and quick and the hot tub was up and running within just a few hours. The fitters also explained the maintenance routine which has also been very straightforward and easy to follow. Mark kept us updated throughout the sales process and since delivery answering any queries we have had. The hot tub has been a wonderful addition to our home with all the family using and enjoying it.”

“We met Mark today at the Mappleborough Green garden centre near Redditch, to see and hear about their hot tubs. We were very impressed by what Mark told us, which makes us want to buy one even more once we have moved into our new home in a few months time. Mark was very informative, professional and polite. We can’t wait to own our own hot tub.”

“11 months may seem a long time to wait for an Endless Pool but Tim & Chris kept me informed from initial production in the USA to the final delivery this month. From arrival to the filling of the Pool was under 11 hours The backup and advice in the following fortnight was excellent.”

“Ive waited a couple of months before posting this review, as I wanted to really see how the Hot-Tub worked out. I can honestly say we are so happy with our purchase. HHT in Fareham supplied our Casina FreeFlow tub. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Chloe is very knowledgeable and helped us with our selection and helped us pick the right tub for us. The logistics and delivery went like clockwork, with the guys who installed the tub taking their time to make sure we were happy with the location and fully understood how to look after the tub. We recently took advantage of the 20% discount on our first order in the showroom and were able to purchase all the items needed to improve our experience. Highly recommend the grab-rail as a brilliant feature if you had too much Prosecco getting out of the tub. Well done Chloe & Team.”

“Excellent and professional service starting with Chloe at the Fareham showroom, to delivery preparation, craning hot tub in and quick and effective set up plus demo. As a previous owner of an inflatable alternative, couldn't be happier with the quality to date, enjoyment and ease of usage/maintenance. Very happy to recommend.”

“Honest, dependable and efficient. Made sure we understood repair and what didn't need to be repaired (unlike first assessment from another company) saved us over $2000, which we were about to pay unknowingly. “Our new Hot Tub arrived on Monday and was expertly craned over our garage into our courtyard garden. Ian & Tim unpacked and commissioned it in no time at all and gave us detailed instructions on how to use the settings. This is our second Hot Tub from Happy Hot Tubs as we recently moved home and the service was as good as ever. Big thanks to Chloe for handling the sale and keeping us informed on delivery etc. (which was a month earlier than anticipated), in these challenging times. Enjoyed our first dip last night!! “I was so impressed with the prompt, speedy delivery of my replacement hot tub lid. I have not turned the hot tub on yet to test the insulation but I’m delighted with the look and the lightness of the new lid and also the value for money. I am so pleased I discovered Happy Hot Tubs online. I will definitely revisit for future hot tub needs.”

“hot tubs made us very happy customer service is very good can not fault them in any way a ride time packet very nicely it did not take me long to un pack and put it on my hot tum and start filling in up the price was very good for made to measure i am very happy and many thanks to you all and a very happy xmas to you all Derek Franklin”

“We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the fantastic service we received with our hot tub insulation blanket. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Saturday along with Halloween ducks which we really appreciate. The blanket was easy to customise to fit our tub and we can already see the benefits.”

“We purchased a Happy 25 Hot Tub in August. We had our previous one for 17 years so decided it was time for a new one ! Mark at Mappleborough Green was brilliant and sorted out a delivery date for for us a couple of weeks later. On the due date, Nathan & Tom arrived, surveyed the position and said - "no problem" and got on with the installation. By mid day, all completed and smiles all round. Have been to see Luke in the shop a couple of times to buy bits and pieces and worthy of note is that all chemicals and filters are really sensibly priced. I would highly recommend "Happy Hot Tubs".”
