“I love this place. But on my last visit, it was busy and the workers were very stressed. They were doing their best, but when my tea latte came out, it did not have milk in it. When I brought this to their attention, they poured some cold milk in the drink, rather than steam the milk to make a latte. Just sad to pay that much and not get the drink I asked for. Maybe the next visit will be better. But I probably will start leaving if it is busy.”

“I have visited the shop as well as ordered online and always the staff is over the moon with accommodating to your needs. Not just the customer service but the flavors and quality of their teas are phenomenal. They also provide the amount, temprature and steep times to aid you in the best cup for that level of tea (I am partial to Madam Grey). Would strongly suggest a visit in to explore their knowledge of teas.”

“I discovered Happy Lucky during a recent trip to Fort Collins. The Elizabeth Hotel serves their tea in their restaurant and after the first sip I fell in love with the Egyptian Dreams blend. Sadly I wasn’t able to make it to the store front but immediately placed an order when I returned home. Now I have enjoyed a pot every evening with my husband. Definitely worth an order.”
