“Prompt response to my request , prompt visit to quote and advise; excellent advice on best type of product (blinds). Quality products and good outcome. Installation date was earlier than expected. I’m very happy with the end result. However, not all items ordered were supplied to the installer which caused a delay. Resolved in the end, but this was an issue on two occasions. I am still waiting for some items five weeks after the install date (chargers and wifi hub) which were invoiced and paid for.”

“found Paula very helpful lovely lady do deal with. Price was better than any other that I had got. Had drapes and shutters supplied. Not Paula's fault but flybys very slow in coming.”

“The cutting and tailoring techniques aren't that great, the edges aren't even straight and the sheers are shorter than the measurement taken, they're at least 2 fingers' space lifted off the ground”
