“Service was not the best after ordering the curtains. Made appointments to meet and was late every time. Curtains have large creases and they can’t be removed. They are pleated and the pleats do not fall right. These curtains were purchased on the recommendation of the sales person. We have since had another company visit and inform us that the pleats are not right for the backing of the curtains. Not impressed at all and would not recommend Nelson company.”
