“I don't really like the fabric that I chose - the weave is too loose and the vertical threads of the material tend to catch on furniture - the threads then pull up through the curtain.”

“Great design and look great also easy to use, was just hoping they would be a bit more blocking at 5% without having to go to blockout, sometimes even when they are down it’s still a bit to much light coming through, should have gone blockout”

“Original purchase was very good from quote to hanging and they look great however felt that the follow up to do another window that was discussed at original measuring and quote was treated as a nuisance job and not overly happy with that”

“Same of the pull up sun blinds dont have stoppers on then an the drapes have staples showing black would of looked nicer an less noticable. One of the Roman blinds is to saggy an loose but the overall making of the drapes are nice.”

“The sales representative came to our house with samples, we chose the best match for our bedroom. 4 weeks later the curtains were ready and installed. However I needed to call them back to adjust the railing to be closer to the window so we don't get that much light filtering through the top.”

“We had a awesome experience with the consultant, she gave us the best advice on what would work for our home and family in terms of curtains / blinds for our home. The only downfall was the supplier not having the fabric that we chose in stock and there was a wait for it to be ordered in so we had to make another fabric choice which meant waiting a little longer than we wanted. The instillation was quick but we had one curtain that was made incorrectly so that had to be taken away and fixed which meant more waiting. Overall our experience was good.”
