Would have been okay except staff told me later I paid far too much. I don't like rude demands for money. I won't be using Harrisons for curtains again, which is a pity as I have many rooms for new curtains soon. Carpets from Harrison a while ago was much better, and also solar panels staff

Unfortunately cannot recommend this service. Curtains are lovely quality however.

Sandi, the owner, who came to show me samples and help me pick products was AMAZING and so helpful! But then the installer needed to come back several times to fix things that he hadn't installed correctly. We were nearly at the point where we thought he wasn't even going to come back to fix it! Then months later he did. Final install is OK now. But it took a long time to get to this point. I'm just glad it's all over, and want to forget about the experience.

Took longer than supposed to only loan curtains not blinds and I sleep during the day . Weren’t installed the way we discussed

I am sure that once my blinds are fixed the rating will be a 4 or 5 ant the moment it is a 1 or a 2. I have sent photos through to Sheree

Took ages for the turn around time just for sheer curtains. Two of the curtains has micro hole/damage. I did not hear from the franchisee after the installation if everything is okay which is pretty off for me while prior to confirmation I find her quite pushy. Every few days she would follow-up and check on me if I have decided to go ahead with the contract. This is not the type of customer service that I am expecting from Harrison.

Call back was prompt but the caller had hung up on me prior to this and the first thing they said was that their "products would not be installed until the New Year". Will go elsewhere and hopefully have a more polite experience.

Brenda has no customer politeness she ignores texts emails & phones calls when the customer wants to know why the products take twice as long as she promised Most professional people know to send a quick text or a phone call to apologise for any delay out of their control It would have made all the difference - we felt ignored after she got our deposit & order

Curtains are lovely and the installer was great BUT terrible communication with the franchise owner. Wouldn’t use this particular person again.

Blinds (Santa Fe, Norman) of poor quality. Not closing easily (very stiff) and workmanship shoddy. Two blinds had to be replaced and one has now lost the cheap plastic casing that holds the strings for up and down movement.

Eventually got the fitting complete after third attempt due to a ripped curtain on delivery and second time had been measured too short to compensate was given a free blind

I have never experienced such a debacle with soft furnishings as this experience with Harrisons. I won't use them again and won't recommend them to anyone.

They were much more expensive than other providers quotes but we decided to go with Harrison’s for the reputation. It took far too long and there were multiple issues that had to be fixed up.

My order was lost apparently, so curtains go up Friday next. Finger crossed. Gisborne office has checked in with me a couple of times and very apologetic.

We consider the recommended choice of fabric for our Roman Blinds by your salesperson, Paula, was not appropriate and very much regret choosing this fabric as it does not fold like previous blinds we had from another supplier. We would not recommend you again - also the follow-up once the curtains were in place has not occurred at all. We would have expected the salesperson (Paula) to call by and view our completed Roman Blinds.

The final result was acceptable after a lot of misfits. The consultant was always distracted.
