“Paint was scraped while a blond was replaced with no apology. Curtain tracks were changed reducing the flexibility of the curtain on a corner track. Old tracks were left in place with original glides , these were from the 70s and brittle . I was offered a packet of glides to appease, not actually good enough. When working with older houses its best to work to the eye as they are never really square. One blind drop was hung strains but looked uneven as window was not square. I questioned this and was promptly told nothing they could do, I would have dropped one side of the blind by 5 ml, you would not of seen the top as under a permit.”

“Unprofessional customer service. I have waited over a month to have a measure up for sets of curtains. During this time Harrison’s have cancelled their appts twice. Last night they cancelled this mornings appointment, offering me yet another booking in over three weeks time. Who has to wait nearly two months just for the initial measure and quote? Going with another firm.”
