“Our franchisee was lovely, helpful and experienced. However our drapes had to to go back twice as the sides were riding up. This took a long time to rectify, in the middle of winter when we had taken all the older window dressings down and had sheets at the windows on all 3 floors of our home. The 3rd time they came back looking quite acceptable but now, 2 months or so into the instal some of them are riding up again.”

“The initial measure and advice was very prompt and professional. Blind installation took longer than expected, was delayed due to Covid but once installed we have been very happy with them.”
