“Paula was amazing, clear, helpful and really understood what we wanted. She went over and above with her service and communication. “Arrived for appointment on time, thorough assessment of what we were looking for and gave suggestions as to options (great as we don't know what we don't know). Quick response with quote (and reserving materials) - installation timing to suit and a very professional install.”
