“We had a prompt response to our enquiry. Carter gave us a full run-through of what we could expect by way of performance and pay-back. Installation was on-the-day-quoted. ““We are really impressed with both of our solar panel and I-vent systems installed by Carl and Sian’s team. Our home is drier and warmer with the I vent. Our new solar panels have nearly halved our monthly power bill (we got them installed in autumn) and the app is fantastic and easy to read and understand. Their staff are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and they even take their rubbish away! We also appreciate they are available to further questions well after installation. We would definitely recommend “Harrisons” to everybody.””

“I would like to express my thanks to Carter and his team for a hassle free customised upgradeable solar panel solution. From the moment of contact Cater was all about a system that will last only putting forward panels options with a 25 year production Guarantee. Contact was prompt with response to any questions and the team were reliable and friendly. It was a nice clean tidy install and looks great on the roof. Cater wants his customers to know everything they wish to about maximising the use of the system to save on the power bill, he liaised with the power company and got us the best deal for any grid power we need and buy back of unused production. Life time Solar Analytics monitoring was included in the deal, this shows me real time production and consumption, so I know when I can charge my car directly from the panels or we can run the washing machine etc His systems solutions included all associated costs that are not covered in fully installed price deals and he happily offered to install my electric car charger while they were here as part of the deal. I had been told this would cost $500 to $1000 by the supplier. Carter monitors your system and you can expect to be told if something needs sorting. As soon as they turned the system on they identified that the system was working and producing correctly but the lifetime reporting system that was included in the package was not working correctly. Cater keeps in touch unprompted regarding the replacement parts for this which have been delayed in Australia lockdown. Additional Carter is into carbon offsetting tree planting so you can be assured that you are using a business that takes it environmental impact seriously. I am so happy with the reliability of the service that we are already organising adding a battery system.”

It was not a straightforward install as the team had to mesh in with an existing 10+ year old solar array. The advice on how to best do this and the technical work was very high quality. The result is wonderful!”

“The Harrisons team were pleasure to deal with, and went out of their way to get solar installed on our roof. This effort included securing and planning of finance, as well as the actual install. The team were great to deal with, and the installation was done in an afternoon. I recommended them to our neighbour, and they installed solar as well. It feels real good to be in CHARGE of our electric future....sorry bad pun there. This means the whole house and pool heating can now be supported. Now for that Powerwall 2 battery.....hmmm”
