The clock broke after a week and there was no shop open to return it as the shop was pop up. The customer service I spoke to told me it was "unfortunate" cheap crap made in china

Went into the Taunton branch of Hawkins Bazaar today with my 13 year old son and my daughter. We were told off as my son stuck his finger into what he thought was a finger trap and there was a very small sign up saying this is not a finger trap but the item was not in any wrapping as if it were placed for trying it out. The young lady sales assistant came around and was extremely rude to us and proceeded to follow us around the store as if we were criminals. I then noticed a security gaurd who also followed us around making us feel very uncomfortable so we left without buying anything. I think this behaviour was very upsetting and has put me off ever going into this store again. Thanks for the awful experience TAUNTON!!!!

So I go in and buy a drone it doesn’t work same day I return it’s exchanged no problem! Arrive home there are parts missing and again does not work! So Saturday afternoon I return again and swop for a different drone and to my excitement it worked and flew amazing! So I added a memory card to record a video and to my disappointment it nearly melted my micro sd, my wife returned again on Tuesday to return once again where the said manager was rude and basically said it had been crashed and therefore was non returnable, my wife called and I spoke to very opinionated chap who basically accused us of lying he then counted all parts were there accused my wife of stealing a propeller and called security! I then went in re explained and asked for evidence of misuse as were no scratches he got the display and showed me where he believed the propeller blades to have been “pulled out” we compared the 2 and he agreed they were identical! But said however I’m still not replacing it as I believe u broke it! Iv now returned home to find he has removed and kept my battery so I have a drone with no battery or ability to record!

A £80 Truck I bought was broke had to send numberous emails before anyone responded. I was told I was getting a refund. I still have had no email to confirm refund.

Order number: 100293191 I received an email on 19th March advising the items ordered had arrived in store and were available for collection for the next 10 days. I’ve just been to the store to collect the package to be told the items had been put back in stock due to non-collection.

I ordered a gift for my little brother for Christmas! The gift I had ordered he had been wanting for a while now and I thought there was no better time to get it for him than Christmas. However it 'got lost in transit' and I got a refund but I didn't receive the option to order again or even get sent anything to apologise for what had happened. The item is now out of stock and I have been left with no ideas for my little brother. The delivery of your products needs improving as this isn't the first time this had happened to me.

We’re really sorry to hear your comments; unfortunately with the delivery option selected isn’t tracked so we are unable to fully ascertain where your order got to. If it happens to go over the agreed service time we can issue you with a replacement or a refund if the items no longer are in stock.

Ordered 4 kids ready filled stockings. 2 x 8 year+ and 2 x 14+ plus some VR headsets (only bought these as I was onsite buying ready filled stockings). Took delivery - and guess what? - the two x 8 year+ stockings not delivered & marked as out of stock. Appalling service for a Christmas gift company. They have thousands of stocking filler gifts - would not have taken much to make up two alternatives or at least phone to offer. Would not shop here if you want your Christmas presents to arrive.

Unfortunately, at our busiest time of year our products from time to time can go out of stock due to such a large volume of orders. With regards to the item in question as there is an age restriction, unfortunately we have no alternative when this goes out of stock. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Paid extra for next day delivery but two days later the tracking still said 'awaiting shipment'. You can only email their customer service as no phone number. When they finally replied after 2 days I was informed that as one item, out of the 21 item order, was out of stock they were waiting to refund this before dispatching the order!! No notification - nothing. Then cancelled my order without fully responding to me. My children now do not have items for their stocking due to this stupidity! What a useless service.

From time to time some of our items do go out of stock when we are at our busiest which can affect orders being processed. Will never shop there again. Was unaware there was a maximum pick up time. Had issues with pick up due to family death. Said I'd be in following weekend. Was unable to make it and was met by an email on the Tuesday informing me I had been refunded £1.40. My order (4 small tattoo books - taking up zero space) came to £4. Discovered I had been charged £2.40 for costs. Ridiculous. So unimpressed.

One of the items I ordered does not work properly, so I emailed Hawkins to ask how to go about returning it and have never received a reply. Waste of money. Will not buy from Hawkins again
