“RE: order 71617 I am awaiting return address for a full refund. I advised in an email the following: From: Susan Diffey Sent: Tuesday, 6 August 2024 3:41 PM To: 'sales@healthco.com.au' Subject: RE: Order ref: 71617 incorrect product sent Hi Sam, thanks for your input re these two different product codes However, the ingredients for product code 406151 have changed their potency i.e. Product: 301553 V’s product 406150 e.g.: Nicotinic acid (B3) was 29 my now 5 mg Thiamine (B1) was 50 mg, now 25 mg B2 was 20 mg now 5 mg B3 was 20 mg now 5 mg B5 was 50 mg now 25 mg And it goes on & on. Every ingredient in this product has been altered to a lower dose. This is why I ordered the product code 301553 x 240 caps x two bottles. I have not opened the product code you sent me being (406150) as I still have product code 301553 in stock, however I ordered & want product code 301553 & if you cannot provide me with this product that I ordered then please initiate a full refund & a return address for product code: 406150 x 2 bottles 240 cape each to be sent back to you. Thank you Regards Susan Diffey”

“I'm happy with the service provided, with one exception: the delivery company left the package on top of mail boxes and it could have been stolen. I prefer for the package to be left at the parcel pick up for Australia Post, located at Bondi Junction Westfield. Anatoli Trojanowski”
