“Disappointing customer service and consistently delayed responsiveness. I had to reach out twice - via both email and the website - just to receive any reply initially. After that, I had to follow up repeatedly to organise the return and then to obtain a refund for products that cost hundreds of dollars and caused an adverse reaction due to ingredients that weren’t listed on the website. This disrupted a strict medical diet, severely impacting my health and forcing me to restart the entire process. The final reply I received was curt and didn’t acknowledge concerns I’d raised in previous emails. On the positive side, the team was generally friendly, apologised initially for the product issue, and ultimately processed the refund.”

“A week after I placed my order I rang to be told you were very busy and would send it express that day (friday) Tuesday had not heard anything. Rang again and after 4 hours Aust Post advised on it's way. Arrived at Tullamarine at 3 am wednesday Aust Post hoped to deliver it that day. Because you insist on a signature they attempted to deliver thursday and I couldn't pick it up till friday. Not a service and no customer feedback with Aust post also letting me down. Your prices are good but I won't go thru that again Brenda”
