“Health Co are fine, but their choice of delivery couriers is not. This is the second time that company has let me down with deliveries measured in weeks, not days. Also, they cannot provide updates although they provide a tracking number for parcels, even when items are sitting in capital city depots for over ten days. Pathetic!!!!! Still not delivered.”

“Customer service at Health Co was good but parcel has still not arrived. Delivery service has noted the parcel at Sydney depot for close to a week and no sign of delivery. Very disappointing.”

“Products arrived pretty quickly and in good shape, but the special instructions weren’t followed and never are on where to leave it. Courier has full access to entire property but dumps it on front veranda where it can be seen by everyone. What’s the point of the special instructions”

“So sick of trying to purchase through the chemist. So easy on line and arrived quickly. Won't be wasting my time in the future trying to find a parking spot and then waiting in line to find they don't even have any in stock... On line with Health Co is the way to go”
