“I have ordered my product on 18 Dec 2023 and did not receive it as it was never sent. I emailed my unhapiness on the 10 Jan 2024 to allow for christmas dealys and was send an automatic email saying it would be resent on the 11 Jan 2024. There was no actual reply to my email that I sent. Today is 18 Jan and the product still has not been sent. I will be requesting a refund. Either products were never sent per Australia post tracking.”
