“I recently ordered some hearing aid batteries from HearingDirect and I only expected three simple things from my order. Firstly, I wanted the batteries to be mercury free as described. Secondly, I wanted them to be the correct size for my hearing aid. Thirdly, I expected them to be received within a reasonable time. When they arrived, they were NOT mercury free, they were NOT the size I ordered and the took much longer than I hoped to arrive. The whole point of ordering online was for convenience but this was far from convenient as I had to return them and wait a month for a refund.”

“Item arrived on date specified, and well packed. Alarm clock is the first one I have owned that actually manages to wake me up. As I live alone, it is not a problem, but I suspect in a "shared" house, it would wake everyone else as well !!”
