“Purchased a phone based on a Sale promotional discount on their website. Their code did not work so I bought the phone and e mailed them for the payment adjustment. They didn't reply so sent 5 or 6 more messages but they still didn't reply !”

“Very happy with the mobile phones, easy to use & good for users with hearing difficulties. However on the description on the website it did mention the phones had a charging base, when the phones arrived it became apparent this is an extra. We emailed asking about the base as we can't locate it on the website... still waiting a response. The base will make using/charging the mobile in the home much easier for elderly usesrs.”

“Hearing direct were really splendid I bought a phone set which was delivered quickly, worked well, was good quality, and with which the recipients were delighted A few days later the item was reduced in a sale and Hearing Direct refunded me the difference I was very touched by this and having already used them once before would certainly use them again”
