“The amplicomms bluetooth neckloop never arrived despite indicating it had been dispatched. Later it came out that Hearing Direct had run out of stock and couldn't get any more. I was offered a so called alternative which was headphones, not a neckloop. The only good bit was I got my money back. The company appears incompetent and does not understand the needs of hearing aid users.”

“As I was unable to hear on my old mobile I researched and ordered a new mobile from Hearing Direct Ltd. I requested help before ordering and was impressed with the help and care offered to me. I recommend anyone to buy from Hearing Direct Ltd who offer good customer care.”

“Yes I am quite happy with the case for the M9500 mobile the trouble the problem although you'll not be able to help my hearing is so serve I am unable to use it but carry the mobile should I need would have to get someone to phone for I have an NHS hearing aid but find it too much hassle it needs a good service hope that is what you wanted yes the M9500 came from you too”

“I am very impressed with Hearing Direct Ltd as the service is speedy and efficient. The hearing aids are very competitively priced compared with 'High Street' options, which has always prevented me from purchasing a hearing aid in the past. I completed the simple hearing test online; ordered my HD500 and received it in a matter of days. Hearing Direct also offers excellent after sales assistance with their new hearing aids; fine tuning and reprogramming, which has made me feel confident going forward with this company. Well Done for a great service.”
